Shipping

Certain products may ship from a warehouse in a different region which could increase delivery times.
Delivery times can vary based on the carrier used and other factors like traffic and weather.
These estimates do not apply to Large Furniture Items which require more time to ship.

Exceptions

Please note that Free Shipping is not available during certain circumstances and for some products and services, including, but not limited to:

-Some large items that require Scheduled Delivery

-Destination Outside Bujumbura City. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is compliant to the warranty policy. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the store.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a

reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges . Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Warranty policy

We do provide warranty for some products. Please ensure that for the product you buy, you receive a Warranty policy Note with the Store Stamp and with the correct date of purchase.
